Susan Weller is a campaign manager who sought out Alderman Matthew Casey looking to see if he was considering a higher political position. She has been Casey's go-to person whenever he was in political jeopardy. She even attempted to convince him to run for State Senator. When Casey learned of her ties to Alderman Dearing, who blackmailed him at the behest of his foster son, Casey cut ties Weller, sensing her political ambitions.
