Scott is the father of Amelia and widowed husband of Julie.

History[]

In Light Things Up, Scott shows up at the firehouse in the midst of a protest. He tells the cops present that he wasn't with the riot and he knew one of the paramedics. After Sylvie comes out, he talks with her about the baby and voices how he himself unfit to be a parent and asks Sylvie to care for the child. When she voices uncertainty, he voices an intention of giving her up. However, Scott went to the hospital, pacing outside the baby's room before Sylvie finds him. Sylvie suspected he might be there and Scott voices he never wanted kids but can't stop worrying about his child. He also laments that Julie was not there to see their child and he does not know what to do. With a talk, Sylvie convinces him to keep the child and honor Julie by telling the baby stories about her mother.

In 51's Original Bell, Scott ultimately decided to keep the baby and named her Amelia, which was her mother's middle name. When visiting Sylvie, Scott remarks Amelia keeps him up with her crying, but he is shown happy that he has her as a reminder of Julie. He also announces he will move them back home, but tells Sylvie to visit and be apart of her little sister's life.

As of Fog of War, he and Amelia regularly stay in contact with Sylvie.
