Martin Becerra was a wanted fugitive by the FBI. He sought refuge with his brother, Maurice, in Chicago. The feds tracked him down and infiltrated the apartment building by masquerading as firefighters with the help of Firehouse 51. He was killed alongside his brother in a standoff.
