George A. Lehr (Born: 20th July, 1978) is a black market arms dealer who sold explosives to Larry Shepard. He was also a patient to Gabriela Dawson and Sylvie Brett due to his low blood sugar. He was later arrested after selling a bomb vest to Shepard for his final target.
