Flaco was associated with Joe Cruz before he joined Firehouse 51, he later took his little brother, Leon, under his wing. Joe wasn’t happy with the fact that his brother was in the gang and implored Flaco to release him. Flaco requested a buyout of $10,000, and even put a beating on Leon to prove his point. Later, there was a massive fire at one of his places. Joe went into that burning building in hopes of finding Leon, only to find Flaco, injured and in need of help. Instead of helping him, Joe left Flaco to his fate, determined to pull his brother out of the Insane Kings. Flaco did not survive.
