Allen Chout is a paramedic for the Chicago Fire Department. He usually fills in for some off-duty paramedics for Ambulance 61 as an interim replacement from time to time. He was known for his constant chattering, which annoyed Gabriela Dawson to no avail. When Jim Anderson reassigned people, he temporarily replaced Sylvie Brett for a short time.
